This page is about refunds for 3D asset & digital art on the DefaultCube platform, NOT payments for paid plans/subscriptions. If you need help with a cancellation or a refund of a paid DefaultCube plan, please contact us here.

DefaultCube holds its members in high regard, and we expect our artists and sellers to showcase their work as truthfully as possible. Our goal is to assist you in locating exactly what you require. 

Therefore, DefaultCube does not offer refunds for Store purchases for any reason.

Before proceeding with your purchase:

  1. Be sure that you are purchasing the correct model and its right for you. You can even contact the seller and ask for more information if need be.
  2. Check the included file formats to see if the model is compatible with your software.
  3. Use the ‘Model Information’ section to study the model’s materials, textures, and topology.
 

If you have any issues about a product’s misrepresentation or have any technical inquiries about a model, please contact the seller directly through their profile page. If you’re still having problems, please contact customer service.

The DefaultCube Store is a marketplace exclusively for digital 3D assets and digital art. DefaultCube users do not sell or ship physical products on our platform.
